Private Country Estate in Fort Worth's River Crest

504 Alta Drive
Fort Worth, TX 76107
5 Bedrooms 5 Bathrooms
9,195 Square Feet

This 1930's built French/Gothic style home sits atop the Trinity River in Fort Worth's exclusive River Crest neighborhood.  The original architect was Joseph R. Pelich.  Pelich was known for his Period Revival designs.  This home has been owned by prominent Fort Worth families and you can see why.  Immaculate from the inside out and loaded with charming details and luxurious remodeled rooms in 2011 that pay tribute to the architecture.

Take a look at the breathtaking views this home has to offer!

The dining room is amazing with its antiques and chinoiserie walls.

Part of the original house this room greets the guest with inviting natural lighting.

Formal french chateau living room offering vaulted cross-beam ceilings, wood wainscoting and leaded glass windows.

Gorgeous hardwoods, coffered ceiling and symmetry at its best.

Love the ceiling, barstools and the second story view of this kitchen.

Can you imagine cooking with this view and in a completely remodeled gourmet kitchen!

Love the Master Suite with its west facing views and private balcony.  Look at that chandelier.

The french settee, walls, bedding and stunning window treatments are beautiful.

Perfect sitting area in the master.

Master bath with marble and brass luxurious details.

This must be the more casual eating area.  I'm always in love with Louis XVI chairs.

Love the diamond carpet pattern and monogram matelasse bedding with the gorgeous wallcovering.

One of 5 bathrooms and all done with much taste and class.  Love the tile combinations and golden yellow color scheme.

Very fun wallcovering with blue tile.  Each bath and bedroom has its own style and color scheme.

The fabric in here is so beautiful and the bedding is stunning with its half canopy bed.

Pink is always my favorite and its beautiful in this bathroom.

Additional living area with a french touch incorporating the fabric backed cabinet doors.

Guest suite perfect for hosting friends and family.

Look at this room!  I love the wallcovering making this a cozy but elegant office.

More masculine office with wood stained wainscoting and lovely built-ins.

Elegant bath with marble sitting on top of an antique piece.

There's my symmetry again - told you I can't get enough of it!

Lounge area by the swim up bar lap pool.

Outdoor living space with arches galore.  I don't think we are in Fort Worth anymore.

Isn't this amazing?  Absolutely stunning home hot on the market today!

I ran across this house and have to apologize I couldn't find better images but thought you had to see this one!  I'm calling it Cote de Texas style because it so reminds me of Joni Webb's look and blog images.  Not sure who doesn't know of the famous blog Cote de Texas but if you aren't familiar with it then head on over there HERE.

Colorful and Energetic Berkley Traditional

This Fort Worth, Texas home sold just recently but I had these pictures on hand because I thought it was such a great house.  I loved all the color and fun injected in the interiors.  I think you'll enjoy the eye candy.
The bamboo chairs and deep salmon color walls with the antique chest of drawers make this entry pop. Definitely a great way to say welcome.

I love the color of robins egg blue walls in here with the bright red and shades of pink and green.  The furniture is fun and a little quirky - totally keeps my attention.

Looks like the window treatments are a linen or burlap - I love how the slipcovered chairs make this room casual and livable.

 Can never get enough paneling!

Marble in the bathroom is beautiful and I love the choice of paint on the cabinets along with the lucite and stainless steel hardware.  Sconces are simple and discreet but very sophisticated.

Great girl's room.  I love the lucite bookcase and the green patina bed with the antique rose colored rug.

Gorgeous -tile, hardware, sink and counter top and once again I love the cabinet color.

The cheetah rug is really fun in here.  I love the cabinetry details and cuts.

This stove nook is so cute - I want one!  The sconces are beautiful and really add to the nook.

Much more formal than the rest of the house but still exciting and fun with the pinks, greens and gold tones.  Love the breakfront and the mirror is a nice focal point in here.

Is that a Kelly Wearstler chair???

Fireplace, doors and art are all beautiful.  This contemporary art works great with the colors and breaks up the seriousness of the furniture.

The chairs and light fixture are killer.

I love the box pleat bed skirt and headboard!
