Classic Spanish Estate in LA

This Spanish Estate on the Westside of LA is reminiscent of the historic Santa Barbara Biltmore.  This home is just as lovely on the outside as it is inside.  Sold in 2011 by David Offer this home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with 6,618 square feet.  While this isn't my go to style I have to say there is something about marrying the outdoors in to create good design.  I think this architect accomplished that and more.

Can't you just smell the flora from the courtyard?

I have been trying to find pictures of this home since I saw it on their show and so I'm super excited to share this home with you today!  Finally, a still shot peek into this gorgeous Brentwood residence.  The kitchen and exterior are my favorite features.  It's so down to earth for LA but I think that's what makes it so great.  It's unpretentious, manicured and simple.  Hope you enjoyed!
