This beautiful spanish-style home sold in Brentwood, California.  When I came across this home on Estately, I was immediately drawn to it.  The home was actually featured in Michael Smith's Elements of Style book.  I was fortunate enough to get an invite to the David Sutherland showroom when he had a book signing when that book was released.  His work is full of style.  I would call his work traditional + eclectic.  He works with lots of layers and patterns and textures.  Really talented designer.  Hope you enjoy this fabulous private estate in Brentwood.

Classic Spanish Estate in LA

This Spanish Estate on the Westside of LA is reminiscent of the historic Santa Barbara Biltmore.  This home is just as lovely on the outside as it is inside.  Sold in 2011 by David Offer this home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with 6,618 square feet.  While this isn't my go to style I have to say there is something about marrying the outdoors in to create good design.  I think this architect accomplished that and more.

Can't you just smell the flora from the courtyard?
