This Spanish Estate on the Westside of LA is reminiscent of the historic Santa Barbara Biltmore. This home is just as lovely on the outside as it is inside. Sold in 2011 by David Offer this home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with 6,618 square feet. While this isn't my go to style I have to say there is something about marrying the outdoors in to create good design. I think this architect accomplished that and more.
Can't you just smell the flora from the courtyard?
