Ally Banks is a former buyer for Pottery Barn and Banana Republic Home. Based in Washington, DC, her husband is her custom home builder and partner. I love her updated traditional look and I think you will too. It's easy to see how her San Francisco roots marry with DC style in these rooms and gives her a fresh take on interiors. Of course, when I saw that white house with black shutters I was sold in an instant.
